How it started?
D F M P has started in 2023 by Denisa Pop, a personal trainer who after years of hard work finally can achieve her dreams and tell everyone how important is to feel good, healthy, powerful, and confident with our own self. The importance of D F M P is to show and tell that: dedication, focus, motivation and patience in life is everything to help you build a healthier lifestyle.
